A full refund is available within 3 days of service purchase if the customer is not fully satisfied. After 3 days, a 20% service charge will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded up to 180 days.
Aspireites Solution may, at its discretion, refund the transaction amount to the credit card used for the purchase. Upon request, refunds to a different card may be processed, subject to the submission of required documentation.
The agreement authorizes Aspireites Solution to charge or place holds on a customer’s credit card for unpaid purchases, including authorization for the card issuer to pay without a signed receipt. The company can continue attempting charges until full payment, and customers must provide updated credit card information. The company is not liable for non-sufficient funds charges, and if a debit card is provided, charges will apply unless a credit card is provided. Payments are subject to the card issuer’s terms, and a $50 fee is applied for declined credit card charges or returned bank drafts.
