Terms and Conditions

Definitions As used in these terms and conditions:

1. Aspireites Solution encompasses the entire organization, including all its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
2. You” means you, the customer.
3. Service” as any service provided by Aspireites Solution, including installation, configuration, setup, support, and training related to accounting systems.
4. Electronic Communications refer to any billing and payment communications exchanged between Aspireites Solution and its clients. These communications include online access to invoices, emails related to billing or payment, disclosures, notices, and other service-related information such as billing statements, privacy notices, and changes to terms.
5. Payment” includes both credit cards debit cards and echecking.

Authorization By entering your credit card information:

1. You  confirms the user’s authorization to use the credit card and affirms the accuracy of the provided information, including the account holder’s name, account number, and billing address.
2. You are giving Aspireites Solution permission to take money from your credit card for a service or product you have asked them to provide. The amount they charge will be the amount you previously agreed upon or requested.
3. Automatic payments authorize Aspireites Solution to charge the credit card on file for the amount due on an invoice.
4. You are giving Aspireites Solution permission to refund money to your credit card if they owe you money because of your use of their service.

Charges

1. when you use your credit card for a purchase, your bank (the credit card issuer) and the credit card network (like Visa or Mastercard) might add extra fees to the amount you’re already paying. These fees are not controlled by the store or service you’re buying from; they’re standard charges that your bank and the network might apply.
2. if your credit card payment doesn’t go through (either because it’s declined initially or you later dispute the charge and get your money back), you’ll have to pay a fee to us, and you’ll also have to cover any expenses we incur while trying to get the payment from you. Additionally, your credit card company might also charge you their own fee for the failed transaction.

Dishonored Requests for Payments

1. if an online payment transaction is not honored by a credit card issuer or network, the entity processing the payment has the right to charge the amount to the user’s account or collect it from them directly.
2. If your credit card company refuses to authorize an online payment you’ve made, we have the right to end your access to our services and also to stop you from using the online payment system in the future.

Confirmation of Payment

1. By clicking “Submit,” the user agrees to receive a one-time electronic confirmation of their payment to the email address they provided.
2. Setting up automatic payments means you agree to receive a single email confirming each payment that is automatically deducted. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you gave when you set up the automatic payments.

Technical Requirements for Electronic Communications

1. To make online credit card payments or receive electronic communications, users need a personal computer with a 128-bit JavaScript-enabled browser, internet access, and a valid email account. A printer is required to store electronic communications on paper, although they can also be stored offline or on an electronic device. Aspireites Solution is not obligated to provide paper copies of previously authorized electronic communications.
2. The user is required to provide and maintain a valid email address for electronic communications. If an electronic communication fails to be delivered, the communication may be sent via paper form to the user’s provided mailing address.
3. By authorizing a credit card payment online or requesting electronic communications, you confirm your system meets the requirements to access, download, or print electronic disclosures and that your email address is current and valid.

“Electronic Only” Communications If you have authorized “Electronic Only” communications, then the following additional terms apply:

•  Aspireites Solution will only communicate with you electronically, likely through email or their website, and not through physical mail or phone calls.
• A paper copy of electronic communications can be provided upon request.
